Their sweat kena me siak (disgusting)
At first, i was damn excited to be here for the standby that i didnt realize i was here not to just sit down and enjoy the fight but....
Butterfly in my stomach, my heart rate increase everytime zidov and zach punch and kick each other (no blood pls...)

Yea, no blood no cut but when zach shoulder popped out... i prepared with my gloves on waiting for my doctor signal.
Was really a short fight

We were very alert today, keeping ourself update via internet, tv (he still out there! somewhere..)

OH vein

Ambulance call...
pt 17 years old complain of FEVER coming to our department (fever? need ambulance? crap!)
Anyway, seen by our doctor, pt mother request admission. So called the specialist bla bla bla...
received order to set iv plug, take some blood and run iv fluid
My HCA wants to set plug (ok lor, actually HCA not allow to do)
So he locked the door and i assist him (i know... im nice :))

LAte in the morning another case which need admission. Also need to set iv plug, take blood and run iv fluid.
My HCA wants to do it at first but seeing this HUGE woman vein, he changed his mind.
My! her vein very very difficult to find (very challenging siak)
I spent almost 15 mins tapping her huge hand... 1st attempt.... SUCCESSFUL!! (woohoo)
Thats the good thing
The bad thing.. i only able to aspirate 1ml of blood (where got enough!! I need atleast 6mls)
Dont carela... ask the ward to follow up

Which action hero would i be?

Roguish,quick-witted, and incredibly lucky, Jack Sparrow is a pirate who sometimes ends up being a hero, against his better judgement. Captain Jack looks out for #1, but he can be counted on (usually) to do the right thing. He has an incredibly persuasive tongue, a mind that borders on genius or insanity, and an incredible talent for getting into trouble and getting out of it. Maybe its brains, maybe its genius, or maybe its just plain luck. Or maybe a mixture of all three.

Im so excited about it (coz i lurve to travel out of my country)
that i didnt realize that the case im doing is quite heavy(patient was coma brain damage and was intubated!)
On the way to fetch patient (inside the ambulance)
butterflies started to play in my stomach
Anyway, the case went out smoothly (except for their stupid syringe of dopamine cant fit to my syringe pump that i have to transfer the dopamine to our syringe)
